Are they reputable? This may seem like a rude question to ask a plumber trustworthy drain leak repair but it is important because you are going to be letting them into your home. Ask them for references and many of them will be happy to provide some. Most plumbers understand that you have to be careful who you let into your home these days and will do everything they can to ensure you that they are indeed reputable and can be trusted in your home.
Light fixtures, vanities, toilets, sinks, doors, switch plates and outlet covers...wham, ten days are up and this house is either held out for rent, lease-optioned or sold for a whole heck of a lot more than the ten grand I put into it, if that much.
When doing the changing, keep in mind to stand over an old towel or paper towels to catch waste from the stoma, if not done in the shower room. There's rarely a one-stop solution for pool warranties and service.
Last but not least is don't hire someone just because they gave you the lowest bid. Next don't hire some handyman that does odd slow drain jobs, in some cases they can cause you more problems that down the road it will cost you more money to fix what these handyman broke or did wrong. Sometimes the lowest bid is going to cut corners and not do the job right or when they get there and start doing the work, they keep saying they are finding more and more wrong and you end up spending more than what you should have.
Purchasing a pool can be a scary experience, especially for those first timers who haven't been through the process. There are a myriad of items to consider... pool type, maintenance, warranties, contracts, liability, plumbing, landscaping, electricity, drainage, restrictions, accessories, and so on. It's no wonder many pool buyers make mistakes that end up costing them hundreds, even thousands, of dollars.
Cheap is not always best, remember this. Quality is the name of the game and if it cost a couple dollars more to ensure that you are going to get that, then that is what you should do.
